Returns & Refunds

Each painting is made with love and intention — because of this, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only available if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If this occurs, please email maisonnuralune@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Every situation is reviewed individually and handled with care.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the artwork has not entered production or shipped. Once the creative process begins or your order is dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
